Best Mexican food ever for a decent price. I have tried the Taco Birria and it was hands down THE BEST Taco ever! Today I tried Parillada and the portion was huge for 16. Beef, chicken and shrimp are well marinated. You definitely need to check out this place!
What this place lacks in atmosphere, it makes up for in taste and portion size of their food. We go back time and time again just to pick up food. They’re the closest thing to authentic you’ll get in this neck of the woods, husband and I are both from border towns in south Texas. I feel guilty about taking stars off for atmosphere because they really have made it better from what it was. There just isn’t enough space to accommodate anymore tables and chairs for us to get that “sit-down, restaurant style” vibe. Full disclosure, they have about 4 shopping aisles, that are in the same space. They’re ALWAYS full and this is the reason we started coming. It’s worth the short wait, I’ve waited longer at full service restaurants for not great food. Husband always gets the parillada and have had the caldo de res, la pastor plate and today, the super taco plate. Everything has been great tasting and great portion size!

A very welcoming atmosphere with a strong Hispanic/Spanish community and staff, though English is spoken, and everyone is friendly and inclusive. The food is amazing, prepared in an open kitchen inside a mom-and-pop grocery and meat market. You can dine in or take your food to go—there’s seating for about 25. I’ve visited during busy lunch hours, late evenings, weekends, and slower lunch times, and every time, the food has been fresh and brought to us in under 10 minutes. The cost is comparable and reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It’s also a convenient spot to grab a meal and pick up a few essentials while you’re there.

Best place to get a great dish and great deals. Highly recommend. La raza here are awesome people y tiene productos mexicana de comidas, refrescos, y usos para la cocina. If you want carne to grill at casa, they have a good selection!
I eat here multiple times a week. They always go above and beyond to get everything right. The staff make me feel welcome and they do their absolute best to meet my requests and they do everytime. The flavor is always on point. Their food is consistently fresh and soo good. The horchata is the best anywhere. The tacos are not greasy like most other places. The salsa is always flavorful and delicious. They have like 5 different salsas to chose from and they are all amazing. They really do feel like family. Thats why they will always get my business. They are my go to for authentic mexican food. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT EVERYTIME
Excellent authentic barbacoa very reasonably priced. Eric at the register was super helpful and made me feel welcome. I will be back next week!
